You have discovered Hope Lutheran Church of Bozeman's Faith Formation Page. Faith Formation is simply the language we use to describe the process of learning and growing in your Christian faith. This can be done in many ways...through attendance in worship, sunday school, bible studies, and more.

Recent studies show that the most effective faith formation happens at home. With this in mind we have developed this site to help you to know how to create faith based routines and to model faith at home!

We are excited to share with you many of the opportunities we have here at Hope Lutheran Church for all ages. It is our hope that you find this page useful for keeping informed about the opportunities, but to also help you and your family continue to grow in and expand your faith lives not only in our building but in the world!
In each category you will find three ways to help you and your family connect life and faith.
1) In Person Opportunities
These opportunities are provided for you and your family to attend in order to grow in your faith. These may take place at Hope Lutheran Church or at an off site location, but they require attendance at the event in order to gain anything from them. In Person events may include Sunday School, Stepping Stones events, Small Group meetings, Bible Studies, Confirmation classes and much more.
2) At Home Activities
These opportunities are provided for you and your family to participate in at your own time in your own space. Click on the links above to discover helpful websites that will give you lots of ideas. Also pay attention to the suggested idea of the week as each week we will provide a new faith formation resource for each age group.
At Home activities for adults may include video clips, online bible lessons, opportunities to dive further into the scriptures for the week and more!

These are suggested resources to support you on your faith journey. In each category you will find recommended books that you can purchase, online journal and news articles, blogs, and other helpful tools.
